The five stars rating that I gave goes to Sue in the service dept front desk. she was very professional, courteous, friendly and a had wonderful personality. the no star rating goes to the service depar service dept front desk. she was very professional, courteous, friendly and a had wonderful personality. the no star rating goes to the service department technician who performed an oil change and tire rotation on my vehicle. as l always do after an oil change I opened the hood and check the oil, there were oil stains all over the top panel that covers the radiator also I check the tire pressure via the screen each tire had a different reading. this is unacceptable and sloppy work by a honda technician!
