Orlando was excellent, he noticed me waiting to speak to someone about an issue we had with our HRV, listened carefully, and had me booked in and ready to go in a few minutes. Later the same day he kept someone about an issue we had with our HRV, listened carefully, and had me booked in and ready to go in a few minutes. Later the same day he kept me updated about a situation with one of our car tires which ultimately led to it being replaced, his communication was accurate and he gave me a number of options without any pressure. I was fine with the experience up until you all ran my credit and decided to load up my contract with 1 year and 3 month insurances I didn’t need. I get that it’s part of the game and you need you $200 co credit and decided to load up my contract with 1 year and 3 month insurances I didn’t need. I get that it’s part of the game and you need you $200 commission but it’s kind of b/s. That part doesn’t bother me as much as the fact that my trade in loan still hasn’t been paid off and I haven’t heard when it will be paid off. The bank on my trade in debited me $585 and now I gotta figure out how to get my money back. Overall shady practices and terrible follow through. More
