I called the service department 5 times in 1 hour and the phone just kept ringing. I had to call the sales department so they could transfer me and even then, they did not answer. Appreciated that they were able to service my car as a walk in, but it took 2-3 hours to get an oil change and fluid change. Employees kept walking in and out to get drinks and didn't really seem friendly or busy. More

I think Millennium Honda puts a lot of efforts to make sure his customers are satisfied. I say this because even after my service I received a follow up call to check if I were satisfied with services. In sure his customers are satisfied.
