My big big big complaint was the waiting room was freezing, it took me three hours to throw out when I got home with a blanket I was fine with that. I called the service department 5 times in 1 hour and the phone just kept ringing. I had to call the sales department so they could transfer me and even then, they did not answer. I think Millennium Honda puts a lot of efforts to make sure his customers are satisfied. I say this because even after my service I received a follow up call to check if I were satisfied with services. In sure his customers are satisfied.
