Service for an airbag recall Haven't been happy with the sales experience but SERVICE was SUPER! Lilly was awesome. Millennium is closer to my home but my past visits were to sale Haven't been happy with the sales experience but SERVICE was SUPER! Lilly was awesome. Millennium is closer to my home but my past visits were to sales and I didn't enjoy the swarming efforts. The dealer where I purchased my Honda was Honda City in Levittown but their service relocated to Bethpage. Gave Millennium Service a shot and they(Lilly) came through with flying colors. I might take a chance with purchasing/leasing from Millennium in the future only because of the service. More
Excellent I visited Millennium Honda in Hempstead, NY on Friday afternoon October 27, 2017. I had received a recall on my mothers 2006 Honda Accord regarding ai I visited Millennium Honda in Hempstead, NY on Friday afternoon October 27, 2017. I had received a recall on my mothers 2006 Honda Accord regarding air bags. Claritza Munoz was very polite, patient and professional in explaining the situation. She speaks well and she is confident. She stated the the letter was only if your air bags had deployed that you needed to contact the number on the notice. She even went above and beyond to place my mind at ease by checking to see in the computer if there were any pending recall's on my mothers car. She stated that according to the records my mothers car did not have those particular air bags and the car was safe. Claritza even gave me the Honda's corporate number to be absolutely sure. I called the corporate number and they verified what Claritza said. Claritza was very pleasant and hospitable. When everything was concluded. Claritza walked me to the door where they drove up my car to and then shook my hand and said to have a good weekend. Claritza is passionate about her job along with her excellent customer service skills. If I have to come back I will deal only with Claritza Munoz. Sincerely, Glenn Grande New Hyde Park, NY More

Great Customer service each and every time I came in to see Esther October 20th because I bent my rim terribly. Esther called && ordered me a new rim && the next day when the rim arrived to the parts department she called me. I came in && she did all the paper work and got the rim repaired within 30 minutes i was out the door. I enjoy coming into Honda when Esther is working because she’s very professional and knows everything about my car && the coverages. I never have to worry about anything when she’s working I know I’m being well taking care of. Esther called me a few days after my rim was replaced to check up on the car. Best Advisor hands down. Warm friendly service staff On my frost visit, I was Greeted by a warm welcoming smile at the counter when I dropped off my Honda pilot to have my breaks fixed. Service was excellent and the staff was knowledgeable. They gave me a loaner car at no charge and I had my car back before the end of the day. More
