I had to have my car jumped 3 times over the past three months & when I brought i From the moment I walked in Paul was welcoming & extremely helpful. I had to have my car jumped 3 times over the past three months & when I brought it into the Paragon Honda in Queens, they insisted it wasn't the battery. When I went to Millennium & told Paul about it, he immediately knew it WAS the battery. I was so relieved to finally get the answer confirmed. I left the car overnight so the battery could be checked in the morning & he called me regularly the next day with updates. Good service is a given (or should be) be Paul's personality & sense of humor goes a long way in creating a satisfied customer. More

Appreciative My situation was very frustrating at first as my car kept shutting off by itself while I was driving for a little over 4 months and nobody knew why th My situation was very frustrating at first as my car kept shutting off by itself while I was driving for a little over 4 months and nobody knew why this was happening. Yolanda understood my frustration and was very accommodating, trying to help me in every way that she could, and assured me they were doing extended road tests to figure out the problem. In the end, no problem was ever found but I appreciate the recommendations that were made and am hopeful that this has solved the problem. Thank you! More
