Service writer and mechanic In spite of having relatives in the auto repair business, I continue to use the dealer for all my service needs for my 2008 Pilot for two reasons, the In spite of having relatives in the auto repair business, I continue to use the dealer for all my service needs for my 2008 Pilot for two reasons, the Service Writer, Gregory Andrews and the Mechanic, Joseph Cardillo. Greg is professional, courteous and considerate. He exemplifies customer service. Most importantly he understands whatever mechanical problem I try to communicate and he thoroughly explains what may be the necessary repairs. He also, when necessary. follows up with me via telephone to keep me abreast of the repair/service situation. In other words, he is the best. Since I prefer to always have the same mechanic service my Honda, Joe has proven to be very knowledgeable and an excellent mechanic. He too, at my request at the time of pick up, will take the time to explain what was completed and why. Both of these gentlemen explain everything in a way that is easy to understand which gives the customer a comfort level to return in the future when needed. More

My car is ready when he says it will be, and he calls to notify me if I had dropped it off. My Andrews contact me, and since I have a magic jack we kept missing each other but he was persistent and professional in his telephone and actual service responses. He was a pleasure to deal with and more than kept his word to me since my car was actual services in less time than he said it would be. And the work was done in an excellent manner. He is a gem and I do appreciate his prompt and focused attention to this matter. I will come back to the service area because of him. The only thing that was promised to me and I didn't receive yet was a quote on a new and used Honda, but he said that would be forthcoming be the end of the day this coming Friday....and I do expect that will be so. Simple oil change I have been going to this dealership for years and never experienced such poor customer service. I went in for an oil change on Thursday evening at 6 I have been going to this dealership for years and never experienced such poor customer service. I went in for an oil change on Thursday evening at 6pm with no appointment and was turned away. I walked into the office to make an appointment for the next day Friday at 12:15pm. I went on Friday and was told I would have to wait 2hours. I left and called to make another appointment for Saturday, I asked the wait time and was told 1 hour. As I continued to make the appointment the wait time escalated to 2-2 1/2 hours for an oil change. I called back to speak to the manager (Craig Orlando) left a message with no return phone call. Called again, left another message no return call. Its now Tuesday and I find myself at Hillside Honda getting an express oil change. Same express oil change advertised on your Millennium Honda's website that states 45 minutes. More
