My car's first service came at 9 am and left at 12:30 pm (3.5 hours). The process took way too long and is not something I expect from a regular oil change when I show up on time. Orlando was excellent, he noticed me waiting to speak to someone about an issue we had with our HRV, listened carefully, and had me booked in and ready to go in a few minutes. Later the same day he kept someone about an issue we had with our HRV, listened carefully, and had me booked in and ready to go in a few minutes.
