Recall visit only, dealer took it upon themselves to perform complimentary inspection where my hydraulic hood strut was broken while in their possession. Despite video/photo evidence of my vehicles panels arriving at intake flush mounted and it being returned unflush, reps refused to acknowledge the discrepancy and rather attempted to gaslight me stating it arrived in said condition and that they could not offer a solution but would escalate as I demanded upper management get involved. Currently in discussion with upper management to rectify the issue at no cost. More

They denied ability to make a refund and refused to satisfy this change though not more than 30 minutes all told had passed! Very dissatisfied! More
