Experience/opinion after visit to dealership. We went to the dealership intending to hand in the lease and go to another dealership ignoring all the previous offer the dealership sent us by email. He met Michael Ostrow after calling the dealership and thats when it started, friendly, knowledgeable, honest and very helpful. We were doomed, he made feel he was representing us but doing his job, very unique in our experience. So we left with a new car and happy that we met Michael. Keep it up Michael.
