Millennium Toyota was by far the easiest and most stress free purchasing experience I've had. My salesperson, Ahmad Hussein, was one of the nicest, most accommodating people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He located the exact car I was looking far within one day of visiting the dealership, and the car was ready for me to take home only a couple of days after that. Financing through Toyota was a breeze, and they offered me an unbelievably low rate. I traded in my previous car to them to put towards the purchase of the new car. The trade-in value was very fair, and the process to overturn my vehicle and have my current loan paid off by Toyota was seamless. It goes without saying that I am beyond pleased with my experience, and especially with my salesperson Ahmad. He was truly a pleasure to work with, and did not make me feel pressured to make a purchase, nor did he play any "negotiating games" like so many dealerships and salesman are known to do. I would recommend Millennium Toyota to any of my friends and family. Go see Ahmad! More

when you have to go to the dealer what are you in for? Consumers really need to demand all this film flam should stop.. It wastes a lot of time and is just plain aggravating.. My experience was any typical buying experience.. Sales person was friendly enough and very knowledgeable and the product and the processs. Just included some very annoying “wait” times through the process. I really believe this is scripted.. I almost timed these pauses to the second from my previous failed purchase attempts. And the same reasons were given for the delays.. Really guys??!! The finance part didn’t include as many “up sell” options as in the past, but the process was not that quick.. You take my $$, you check my credit and be done.... Especially, when I have used your finance services 4 times now.. Was not really happy about the vehicle “prep” time afterwards.. I was not made aware that it could take over hour and a half.. I really didn’t have the time and just needed it cleaned, plastic removed and gas added. 30 min max... Dealership was nice enough, staff was very friendly and attentive.. Just be sure you have time for multiple trips and 4+ hours to complete the process.. The actual time you are doing something is really 1 hr and 14 min.. the rest of it is designed to wear you down.. Terrible Service Department I recently had a 95 k miles major service done on my 2008 Toyota FJ Cruiser at Millennium. My youngest son brought the vehicle in for the service. Plain and simply, the staff at Millennium took advantage of his youth and inexperience. The cost of the service was approximately 50% higher than it should have been - I verified that by checking with other Toyota dealer service departments. When I called the service counselor to inquire, he attempted to exaggerate the actual work that had been done. I requested to speak with the manager and my call was NEVER returned. I have notified Toyota USA of my dissatisfaction. I would strongly suggest that you avoid this dealership. More
