The dealership has a sincere and a welcoming staff that will ensure your experience is smooth and timely. I worked with Martin Lee the service advisor and he has gone above and beyond with all my services for my toyota's. He even delivered a new ignition key once when my key was stripped and cannot turn the car on. I had another incident where an indy shop replaced a sensor and no one can figure out why my error code repeated to show but they figured it out in no time which saved me money and time! He is knowledgeable and will go out of his way to ensure you have the best service experience. I can say there service is next to none! I cannot even get a BMW service advisor to treat me this good. Stay far away from these scam artists! I had the worst experience ever with these people. After my lease was involved in an accident and deemed a total loss, I received several calls from T I had the worst experience ever with these people. After my lease was involved in an accident and deemed a total loss, I received several calls from Toyota financial asking me to go into the dealership to work something out. I told them I cannot afford to get into another car, as I owed the gap after the insurance company settled. They assured me that the dealer may be able to work something out, so I figured I go there and see what they have to say. I went in and spoke to Pat Marangiello. He was very nice and compassionate. Started off our conversation by making sure everyone involved in the accident was OK then asked what he could do for me. I explained that I understand I owe the gap since I did not have gap insurance on my lease and because of that I would not be able to afford getting into a new car. The gap was roughly $1500. He told me he'll see what he could do. He asked me to wait in the waiting room while he worked it out. He called me back in and told me that if I get into a new lease, they would take care of my gap. I agreed to that deal as it would have made it seem as if nothing ever happened. He made a few phone calls and told me that the old lease account was closed and I wouldn't have to worry about that account anymore. I went ahead and logged into my Toyota financial account and indeed there was no balance and nothing owed, so I assumed everything he was telling me was true. I then went ahead and signed a new lease agreement for the same exact car that was in the accident. He told me the only difference on this lease is that I would have to take the gap insurance, as if something were to happen again Toyota would not waive this again. I agreed to this, as I just saved having to pay gap, which I did not have. Several months later, I receive a phone call from a collections office with the amount of the gap due to Toyota financial. I was convinced this was a scam as this account was supposed to be closed. I contact Toyota financial who refused to speak to me and sent me back to the collections office. I tried to contact Pat at MIllenium and he was surprised that this went to collections. "How could they give you a new lease when you owed money on another," he said. He basically played stupid and had me waiting for weeks with no response. I attempted to contact him again and could never get through. I ended up calling Toyota Customer Care to try to resolve this. They told me that I would get a call from the dealership within 4 business days. It's been over 4 months and I still never heard back from the dealership. Then customer care told me that on the notes that someone entered regarding this case, that the "deal" that was made was not as I stated. My credit at this point was ruined as I refused to pay the gap because it was promised to me by Pat Marangiello that this was taken care of. I used to be a huge fan of Toyota. I had a Scion TC, Toyota Camry, and Lexus GS 350 Fsport. Now I vowed never to purchase another toyota because of this experience. Pat pretty much told me what I wanted to hear just to make a sale that day. He cost the dealership my business, which potentially was every 18 months as I had 2 leases which were 18 months apart. Toyota also went about this whole deal wrong. I should've had a chance to plead my case before being sent to collections, as I had another 2 accounts open with them at the time. I guess my business isn't that important to them after all. More

He thoroughly explained all of my options and made sure that the paperwork was completed efficiently and thoroughly. Joann. Marsala has been our service manager and treats us like family . She takes care our car like it is her own and she always provides practical advice and reasonable costs for the repairs we need. More

A gentleman assisted me which turned out to be the Sales Manager Sharif, (didn't know it at the time) and he summoned a car salesman. The Sales Assoc Terrance, assisted me with the vehicle directly. He is a very candid individual that makes you feel comfortable, doesn't push at all and allows you room for making your decision. Sharif did everything he could working with the numbers to get us the term and monthly to where we were comfortable. Everyone we dealt with at MT, was a pleasure.
