The people that recommended us spoke the world about him. He helps the community in kids sports and even adult soccer leagues. A true people person. They stated that he could help me with my situation. I was paying to much interests %15.9 to be exact on my used KIA. He help my wife and I to get rid of this Kia and got us into a New Sienna with %0. New car, 0% interest and with not so good credit, you cant get this kind of trust and treatment from anywhere else. we are very happy with our new car. My wife and I have gone to other dealerships prior and we were just ignored or like they did not want to sell us anything like we had our credit rating on our faces. Hector represented Millennium Toyota so well and made our visit so easy and successful. I went back a month later to get a second new car. We are a true Toyota family now. I highly and definitely recommend this dealership especially the professional attention of Hector. More

From the salesman Fernando showing me exactly what i was looking for and not pushing anything I wasn't looking for. He also delivered on everything he promised. Dealing with Hector in finance was just as good as with dealing with the sales team. He did everything in his power to make the deal even better, even though i was already going to buy the car. He could not have been more professional and friendly if he tried, just the best experience i have ever had buying a new car. I would definitely recommend this dealership to all my friends and family without any reservation. Once again i would like to thank both of these men for helping me buy my new car. More

Horrible Hector Maltese We bought a RAV4 Toyota XLE at night time. They accommodated us by staying open quite late around 11:00 PM. The sale guy was very nice. But we dealt w We bought a RAV4 Toyota XLE at night time. They accommodated us by staying open quite late around 11:00 PM. The sale guy was very nice. But we dealt with at that time Financial Manager named Hector Maltese. He was very pushy but cordial at the time of purchase. We had many questions and doubts. As we moved on and was sitting in the DMV section. Hector Maltese ran into the room and said he will get us a good deal and add something. The time was late like near midnight. We were tired and my husband didn't quiet understand but Hector I give a good and made him sign something papers. Later the next day we reviewed the papers and realized that Hector Maltese had added on many warranties roadside assistance, tire, and Pref care. We wanted to cancel all these warranties which increased our monthly rate. I called Hector the next day and he said I have to wait till 30 days and the first payment will be taken then only can I cancel my warranty. I then called Toyota Financial Services and they informed me that they can cancel the tire warranty and roadside assistance warranty immediately and the Financial Manager at the dealership we dealt with is also capable of doing this easily. The representative also informed me that if I wait 30 days then I won't receive a full refund and cancellations fees will be applied. We cancelled the tire and roadside assistance warranty through the Toyota financial customer service. The pref care warranty worth $1,200 was left and Toyota said that is another third party and we had to call them directly to remove the warranty. Pref care representative said that we needed the signature of any financial manager at the dealership we bought the car from on the cancellation form Pref care provided via email. We went to the dealership and saw our sales guy and he took our papers and went inside and came back saying Hector is very busy and we must come back on Thursday next week to get his signature on the form. I said we don't need much of his time just a signature from him. Sales guy took our paper and went in again. This time he back saying Hector said for us to come back on Tuesday. I explained how by Tuesday it will be the 30 day mark and cancellation fees will be applied. I said I will print the cancellation form and come back before you close when it is less customers. I returned promptly at 5:30 PM and we went directly to Hector Maltese office and knocked. He looked up at us and immediately said as he sat alone in his office, I have two customers waiting for me and I don't have time. I placed the papers on his desk and provided a pen from Hector desk and said all we need is your signature. He was very rude and dismissive of us. He signed the paper. We said thank you and left as he said there rudely ignoring us. As we were walking away he came running out of his office and said he needed copy and grabbed the papers from my hand and came back rudely and threw the paper into our hand. Hector Maltese ignored us completely and called some poor customer who is going to buy a car. As long you are buying they treat you good. But after you buy the car and need some help you are invisible and unimportant. Hector lied to us saying wait 30 days just so we wont receive full refund. He may have some commission for this but $1,200 commission 10% of $120 is worth treating your customer like crap. If you go here do not use Financial Manager Hector Maltese. Liar and Rude person. More
