However, what was not under their control, was the inordinate amount of time it took to get the car in our possession. There has to be a process put into place that expedites the preparation of the car and cuts down on wait time. More

We both felt very comfortable and well taken care of. The finance guy Hector was also very good at explaining our credit and was helpful with the additional coverages we applied. They have an inhouse Allstate agent which also assisted us in keeping our insurance costs down, and helped us switch from Geico to Allstate (and lower cost!). Overall a very positive experience (even more so when you consider how crowded the dealership was), we were not left "unattended" for more then 5 minutes during the process so we knew exactly what was going on and it definitely made the experience much better. More

Since we always service our car at Toyota, it was good that they are keeping us up tp date so that, down the road, if we ever sell this car we can say that it has been maintained to alol factory standards and that r=the services were all dine correctly and up to factory specs. Fernando Gonzalez: a man of honesty and integrity! We loved working with Fernando to buy our certified preowned Highlander. He was easygoing, friendly, not at all pushy or too hard on the sell but fort We loved working with Fernando to buy our certified preowned Highlander. He was easygoing, friendly, not at all pushy or too hard on the sell but forthcoming with information. He listened carefully to what we wanted and showed us as many choices as we needed to see. When we started talking numbers, he was responsive, open, really trying to meet us where we wanted to be, and pretty much kept the mood light too, even as we went later and later into the evening. When we couldn't make a decision, he was available the next day immediately. He hustled through the President's Day rush to get our car to us. In finance, Gary was friendly but big on interrupting and pushing his spiel, pretty much your classic car sales guy, and while he got the job done fine, we wished Fernando ran the whole place. Sharif was the used car manager and he was super efficient at solving to our satisfaction when we had an unforeseen issue with the car's condition; watching him as we waited, he seemed to be juggling a hundred xxxxx and keeping them all in the air. Overall, we were happy with Millennium and will recommend it to friends. More
