I was greeted by a nice fellow and was asked if there was a service advisor I wanted to see. I picked the name on the name plate outside the office closest to where I happened to be standing. It was Joann Marsala. Random pick and a good one at that. She listened to my wants and needs, welcomed me to the service center and got the job done with no isues at the price discussed. Worst Toyota Dealership Ever Visited Bought vehicle - over four hours waiting on vehicle - as I was paying in full no financing was told you must speak with a specific person - only to fi Bought vehicle - over four hours waiting on vehicle - as I was paying in full no financing was told you must speak with a specific person - only to find the endless waiting is just a con to speak with you to try and sell endless additional product NO OTHER REASON - then this incompetent group registered and titled the vehicle incorrectly - go to Atlantic Toyota for service vehicle does not exist - contact Millenuim - return title i have to get correct insurance cards to them now a month later - not a single word - not even a call to state they are working on it - texted the salesman seven times - now he does not respond - call im told huh, were working on it, blah blah blah - done nothing. I now have my Highlander but have a title and registration with a VIN to a completely different vehicle...Since purchasing in August now January ongoing they have NEVER contacted in any manner not even to apologize for the disgusting negligence, to say they are working on it, etc. They are annoyed and act as if......nothing AVOID AVOID AVOID this dealership and service center - disgustingly unprofessional and completely uncaring! Once they sold you the car - dont even think of asking them anything - you will be ignored. Funny though when I texted that Im interested in purchasing a new vehichle - guess who calls back IMMEDIATELY - Millenuim Toyota the same numbe I was texting for a month with not a single response!!!! I live in Sarasota, Florida where my Toyota dealer is the epitome of appropriate and excellent service. Happen to be spending holidays in Nassau County as have home ownership there as well and wished to service my vehicle prior to driving the return trip to Florida. Made appointment and upon arrival was advised that wait time was 2.5 hours for a simple oil change. Moreover, was also advised my ( extended and bona fide) warranty information was " inaccessible" and so would not apply. Had been on the phone with an agent 2 days prior and had no difficulty locating said information with the VIN #. Have NO clue what the folks in Hempstead are thinking but will pursue the issue with the regional manager. Am a long term Toyota owner, hence my dismay at such an unprofessional and discourteous demeanor. More

Excellent Service I bought my Rav4 in for two recalls,service & state inspection. John informed me it would take about three hours. Asked if I was going to wait, I told I bought my Rav4 in for two recalls,service & state inspection. John informed me it would take about three hours. Asked if I was going to wait, I told him yes I was. Three hours and ten minutes later car was ready and washed to boot. With service like that how could you go wrong. It`s nice to find a car dealership that cares about it`s customer. More
