What is not to like??? I bought 2 cars from this dealership. Each time, it was a pleasant experience. When my car is due for servicing, I am alerted by email. I make an a I bought 2 cars from this dealership. Each time, it was a pleasant experience. When my car is due for servicing, I am alerted by email. I make an appointment. I bring in the car. I see a friendly employee who determines what servicing my car requires. The waiting area is clean, with comfortable chairs, tables to work on and TV's to watch. When the car is finished, I am called. I sign the paperwork. I leave in my seviced car which has been washed and because I have not had my car for 2 years yet, the servicing was free. SO! I say again, What is not to like? More

Excellent I came in early @ 7am was greeted with a smile by Tim Gray . He listened to my issues and told me they would look into it. I took the courtesy van to the hair salon and by the time I was almost done Tim called me and told me that my car was ready. Tim made sure he explained my 21 point inspection in detail . took time with me to make sure I understood it. I felt like family. I think he is a great service advisor and should be commended. I moved to North Babylon and still come to your location because of how Tim Gray treats his clients. As long as he is still there I will keep coming back with confidence that my vehicle will be in good hands. More

greedy, liars, disrespectful .Very bad experience Was called by Perstephanie on the phone who works there and she told me I would get a car within my budget of 10k.I told her that on their site there Was called by Perstephanie on the phone who works there and she told me I would get a car within my budget of 10k.I told her that on their site there was no such car at the time for under 10k, how could she give me one. She said they would work with me to give me a deal. I told her that since I donot have a car, I will have to use the public transportation to get there and it was supposed to rain on the day of my visit and a stormy weather was being forecasted. So I asked her a multiple times if it was worth going there as the weather was bad but she said yes I should visit them to get a deal within my budget. I went there by doing almost an hour and a half commute and I never got a chance to see Prostephanie. There was another salesman who very apologetically said they didn't have anything within my budget. later his manager came over and when I told him what had happened, he supported whoever Perstephanie was and told me that the lady Perstephanie had told him that 10k was MY DOWNPAYMENT!!!!!!!!! And she was from internet department. I was so angry and felt So taken advantage of and cheated, I left immediately.Also, because they wanted me to visit them, they offered a pickup from Hempstead train station but on the way back i requested a ride and their manager declined to help me because I didnt do a deal with them. I walked back to the station. I felt humiliated, discriminated and disrespected. Please donot go there. Donot trust them. do yourself a favor. They will lie to you and call you to get you visit them. There are far better Toyota dealerships outside. Donot go to Millennium Toyota. More
