She kept me updated with the progress and told me what part had stopped working, and how long till it was replaced. I was very pleased with the service. My only concern was the cold air blowing thru the waiting room each time someone opened the outside door. Otherwise all was excellent! More

Competent and straight forward Julio provided straight forward negotiating and because of it we were able to leave the dealer that day with our leased Rav4. There was no pressure, Julio provided straight forward negotiating and because of it we were able to leave the dealer that day with our leased Rav4. There was no pressure, no backtracking and things went exactly as they were explained to us. Everything we spoke about went on our contract and we felt Julio did a great job getting us into the car we wanted at a price we could manage. And, as infertility survivors currently in the midst of grieving and mourning the loss of our children, we greatly appreciated that no one at any point during the process pushed unsolicited pictures of their children on us. I never saw what that has to do with the car buying process, but it's something that has gone on in every other car buying experience I've had. Overall, a straight forward experience at a dealership that handles themselves professionally. More

An excellent company I have been dealing with Millennium since 2010 when i bought my Toyota Highlander. I have never had a bad experience with them.
