Horrible dealership More than anything I am disappointed with toyota as a company. I have had toyota in past and took my girlfriend to get her first new car to toyota in More than anything I am disappointed with toyota as a company. I have had toyota in past and took my girlfriend to get her first new car to toyota in march. Everything was ok, except we noticed a smell from the air vents... we bring the car in for service and an oil change, we got the car back and notice the AC now doesnt work. Bring the car back in and conviently for toyota they state a pebble hit the car and punctured the condenssor. Of course that isnt covered under the warranty but they will happily fix it for $1400.00. We have spoke to many mechanics that say this is b.s. and they are trying to take advantage of us. Toyota is much happier collecting the $1400 and losing a possible lifetime customer, then doing whats right and fixing the problem. This situation has truly brought to light how little toyota cares about their customers. We were given the run around by one employee after the other only to continuously have the claim for repair denied. I just wosh i could find a way to return this garbage car back to toyota and go find a car company that values my business. #millenniumtoyota Ps... after filing a complaint with the better business Bureau toyota now come back threatening to sue me for defamation... really?!? Way to treat your customers Toyota More
