She was friendly and very informative which turned our day of window shopping cars into a day where we purchased a new camry. Had Jennifer not been as attentive to us as she was we probably would have just looked around and left as we weren't really looking to make the purchase that day. I as I was extremely pleased with my experience at Millennium Toyota, in particular Juan Rojas my sales rep won me over at the outset by his honesty. I asked him a question about the car I was interested in and he very humbly said "To be honest I don't know" I do not lie to my customers. From there I continued to see his character every step along the way as I inquired about an extended warranty for my 2012 Camry XLE Hybrid. I had told him about another dealer that I had went to and how they were throwing in a 7yr/100,000 mi Platinum Warranty as part of the deal. He explained to me that they were not being honest, no one just throws in a close to $3000 warranty without it costing you something. Sure enough, he was right! From Millennium I wound getting the same year car I was looking for with 10,000 less miles, the 7yr/100,000 mi Warranty (which I paid for), a lower interest rate and lower payment than I was offered at another dealer! I was very pleased with the overall professionalism of the entire team, even the general manager who when I brought to his attention that the "lug-key" to my wheel locks was missing had the service department put on a brand new set of wheel locks on my car. Great way to make your customers feel like you value us and appreciate our business, this is definitely an establishment that I would recommend to anyone interested in buying a Toyota! Way to go Juan (by the way, he came in on his day off just to show me the vehicle I was interested in) that's what I call customer service! More
