Courteous, clean, comfortable. Believe it my car is 4 months into my lease and only has 1100 miles. The service department recommend I bring it in anyway. I was assigned to Tim Gray who also gave me a warm welcome and a smile. He assured me that he would have the matter looked into. It turned out that I had a nail in the tire. I had that repaired. I was also advised that my brakes needed changing. I said I did not have time for that and would make an appointment for that. Also the waiting area is nice and comfortable and clean. Very satisfied.
