Helpful and concerned. Found a broken spring on the left front of my 2007 tahoe. Called service department and set up an appointment for it and asked about getting it towed Found a broken spring on the left front of my 2007 tahoe. Called service department and set up an appointment for it and asked about getting it towed in, they made a recommendation of Collin brothers towing, it was picked up and delivered to miller auto plaza, later that afternoon the service department called and told me they were looking for a coil spring to replace the one that broke, it was not looking good for that, they recommended putting a spring strut assembly in, but they should really do both sides, I agreed that would be best, he also recommended replacing the rear brakes while it was in, they were getting bad, and the rotors were bad also. Very pleased with every thing and the work. Big thanks to everyone involved in the project. More

Adam, in finance, was pleasant, as always, in explaining the extra options I could purchase for my car, such as the seal protectant. Overall a pleasant experience. Not only was the service top notch, it was the fasted car buying experience we've ever had. From the time we entered the dealership, to the time we drove off the lot it was a total of 1.5 hours.
