They listened to my needs, understood my budget and got me the vehicle (in the color I wanted) that was right for me! They were so patient as I came to my decision, never once trying to pressure me! Adam in the finance department put my mind at ease with all of the paper work and made the process of financing easy! I never dreamed of owning a brand new vehicle. I can honestly say I won't be looking any further that the team at Miller Auto Plaza for all of my future vehicle needs. More

Ongoing Brought truck (2013 F150) in for work (bogs down when trying to accelerate quickly & rear window defrost not working. Had purchased truck used from M Brought truck (2013 F150) in for work (bogs down when trying to accelerate quickly & rear window defrost not working. Had purchased truck used from Miller and also got the extended warranty. The acceleration issue was that it if you "stood" on the gas the truck would bog down and almost choke out. But if I eased into it I could hit 85 without issue. They said it was bad spark plug wires, not covered under the warranty. No biggie, $500 to get new wires... um okay. The slider rear window had a bad line/contact in it that hadn't worked since I bought the truck 3 years ago. Then this spring the whole rear defrost wouldn't even turn on. They ordered some module for the rear defrost and that was going to take a couple weeks to get in. So I paid the service bill for the wires via CC and was told I wouldn't get a print out of work until the whole call was closed. Also they had done an excellent car wash when I picked it up too. Turns out the module should fix the hole system, but the middle sliding window was considered glass and not covered under warranty. Go back to have the module installed and get the oil changed while there, which they forgot to reset my computer when done. I must of picked it up after hours because I never did get a receipt. A couple weeks later I go to use the defrost on a dewy morning and it still doesn't turn on. So have to go back, which seems to be the case anyways because they called and think I owe them $600 still? -Maybe I didn't pay for the $100(?) oil change? But I can get to 60 quickly now! More
