I have used Miller's Nissan Service Department for several years both for Nissan and Jeep vehicles. Duane and the staff have always been super--even when I may have been stressed and not easy to deal with. They explain the problem to me, inform if I need to take care of it now or if I can wait a while. I don't recall having to return because they didn't fix the problem right the first time!!! I trust them and what they tell me is wrong and how it was fixed. The mechanics, whom I've only met one or two, are awesome also as they are the people actually fixing my vehicle. They are people and everyone makes a mistake once in awhile, so if they make a mistake--take it back and they will fix it!!! :) More

Horrible customer service Brought my car in for an 8am appt to change my oil and find out why air wasn’t blowing out of my vents. Only after we got there for our scheduled appo Brought my car in for an 8am appt to change my oil and find out why air wasn’t blowing out of my vents. Only after we got there for our scheduled appointment did they mention they will charge $100 just to diagnose the problem! I told them to not diagnose it as that was the first I heard about the fee and I know I can find a much better deal. They said the standard oil change would be done at 9:30. Guess what! 11:30 before it was done. Just for an oil change. I expressed my frustrations with the service manager Dusty who showed not one ounce of empathy and seemed not sincere when talking to me. He was condescending and put it back on me since we decided not to have them diagnose the vent issues. I had to explain to him had they been upfront when I called and made the appointment we could have avoided all of it but they did not. He made me feel it was all my fault. Horrible customer service and so sad that was coming from a service manager. More
Hub bearing I brought my truck in because of grinding in the right front tire. They said it was the bearing. So they fixed it. Insanely Awesome Experience!🥰 I was referred to Miller by a co-worker who just bought a car. She told me to ask for Issiah. Jaron welcomed me immediately and said he could help m I was referred to Miller by a co-worker who just bought a car. She told me to ask for Issiah. Jaron welcomed me immediately and said he could help me while Issiah was with another customer. I quickly learned that they don't work on commission but work as a team. Jaron is one of Miller's up and coming and in the course of my visit (I say visit because it was like visiting family!), I met Joe, Steve, Issiah, Jake (the finance guy), and David! Jaron brought me on a test drive and explained all the safety gadgets and new features as well as answered all my questions. PLEASE GO SEE MILLER FOR YOUR NEXT CAR. New or used they will treat you like family. And please tell them Brenda sent you. Jaron, YOU ROCK! More
