Service Report I had a question about a service report noting that certain parts and service would not be covered by warranty in the repair of our 2017 Yukon XL malf I had a question about a service report noting that certain parts and service would not be covered by warranty in the repair of our 2017 Yukon XL malfunctioning park assist sensor. I had purchased a lifetime warranty for the vehicle when we bought it. I had a good conversation with the service representative, but still had questions, largely based on my potential dealings with the third party warranty provider. The service manager called me shortly thereafter and provided a full and detailed explanation that answered my remaining questions. The report was written as it was to alert me to a possible lack of coverage if the sensor bracket was found to be corroded when the components were removed from the front end of the vehicle. The technician had noted this condition on other vehicles with sensor problems. Our sensor replacement was covered, with the remaining information included to avoid any unpleasant surprises for us at the time of service. I thought that the openness and helpfulness of the Miller service department was above and beyond what anyone could expect. More

Welcomed I felt very welcomed to the service area and Jason explained exactly what they were going to do to my car and made sure I had a ride to work. Decent Service was done well, but outside of that nothing that was done stood out. I dropped my car off for an oil change and tire rotation. When I scheduled online, the most convenient times were blocked if I chose to wait for my car to be finished; so I was forced to pick a time that conflicted with my work schedule. Every competitor I have used in the past offers loaner vehicles if the customer needs to get around. All I was offered was a ride home in a courtesy shuttle. Thankfully, I had a second vehicle to get to and home from work; as well as returning to pick up my car. The service was good, but this oil change was the most inconvenient I've had in 15 years of owning a vehicle. More
