Decent Service was done well, but outside of that nothing that was done stood out. I dropped my car off for an oil change and tire rotation. When I scheduled Service was done well, but outside of that nothing that was done stood out. I dropped my car off for an oil change and tire rotation. When I scheduled online, the most convenient times were blocked if I chose to wait for my car to be finished; so I was forced to pick a time that conflicted with my work schedule. Every competitor I have used in the past offers loaner vehicles if the customer needs to get around. All I was offered was a ride home in a courtesy shuttle. Thankfully, I had a second vehicle to get to and home from work; as well as returning to pick up my car. The service was good, but this oil change was the most inconvenient I've had in 15 years of owning a vehicle. More
