The convertible top has never worked properly, occasionally unable to move from the up or down position. Jason and Joe Sunderman diagnosed the issue on this rare model, it works beautifully! They were innovative and determined to solve the problem!!! Even the annoying squeak it always had is now gone!!! I am very pleased and would highly recommend them both as premium service technicians. I will be very comfortable having them work on my vehicle anytime. And I LOVE my Cross Cabriolet. Sweet ride, and now even better!! Lots of great comments on it when I’m out and about. 😍 More

Body shop fantastic! First estimate I got was from a chain body shop. Their claim was that I needed expensive work ai better than $2000. While the car needing repair was a First estimate I got was from a chain body shop. Their claim was that I needed expensive work ai better than $2000. While the car needing repair was a Ford we had previously had a Rouge (purchased at Miller) repaired at Miller and were very satisfied. The Ford was repaired basically while we waited while getting the estimate just having to take it back for some final adjustment. Total repair cost at Miller was under $50.00 vs $2000.00 estimate at other shop! More
