Too much sun I had scheduled my appointment online but when I arrived, there was no record of it. I've done this many other times and never had a problem.. Andy Bi I had scheduled my appointment online but when I arrived, there was no record of it. I've done this many other times and never had a problem.. Andy Binsfield was great about it and got me in anyway. The one problem I continue to have is that while I wait, I like to work on my computer. However, it is very difficult to do so when the sun is shining in so brightly into the waiting room that I can't see my screen. I've brought this up several times before but nothing changes. A simple shade would really cut down on the heat and the reflections. More
