We were on the road for several hours and were thinking of the Fiat we had seen earlier, so called Miller with questions and we were very fortunate that Scott answered the sales call. He answered every question diligently.... we originally were talking about the stick shift out on the show floor and he knew about the automatic that just arrived... impressive inventory knowledge... and proceeded to find out all he could about that car. He was informative, honest, and was patiently on the phone with us for at least 2 hours off and on and again the next day. We put money down to hold the automatic and came in 2 days later after our trip to visit personally and take the car for a test drive. He went the extra mile on ALL accounts.
