Oil change: appointment was sent to the wrong department I made an appointment online for an oil change, I had to choice on what supervisor I could pick. You’d think that the appointment would have been sent I made an appointment online for an oil change, I had to choice on what supervisor I could pick. You’d think that the appointment would have been sent to the Nissan department after I put in make and model, but no. I was told I had to wait due to actual appointment, even though I technically did have one. After waiting for awhile I was told that the appointment was switched up, even though it wouldn’t let me make the choice. I had them do an oil change and my service engine soon light was on so I wanted to know why that was on. They finsidhed with the change and he gave my the checklist that they do. He explained that they can’t base my fluids off of anything because I haven’t been there before. I found that strange because why couldn’t they just tell me if the levels were low or if the color seemed off. They also didn’t check why the light was on. It was an overall stressful situation, but the staff was friendly after they figured the situation out. I took my Juke to Miller expecting the dealer experience to be better than a chain kind of place, but it ended up being more stressful. More
