Understandable, respectful, hopeful...successful! Chris Niner was both curteous and knowledgeable. He listened to my needs and fears, connected me with Mike to discuss my financing concerns, & then no Chris Niner was both curteous and knowledgeable. He listened to my needs and fears, connected me with Mike to discuss my financing concerns, & then not only patiently listened with me while I was informed of my options, but he was very encouraging and supportive as I discussed my goals and concerns. He was a very hospitable and attentive both to myself and to my guest. He was sure of himself yet humble and approachable. He obviously genuinely believes in Miller's mission & vision. He enjoys his job and the company he works for. His attitude really boosted my confidence. And I felt that he cared more about helping me feel successful and satisfied than he did about himself. His character, current military service, and past experience make him such a valuable asset to Miller! Mike Schmit is to be highly commended as well! First, he informed me of my various options in language I could understand. He treated me like I was a valuable PERSON, not just a customer. And he communicated with me using words and attitudes That gave me hope (not false hope!) A and added value to me. That was SO meaningful, both to me and also to my guest! Then Mike truly listened to my questions and goals and fears. He made me feel like I was as important as someone who was wealthy enough to pay cash for a brand new car. He found a lender willing to finance me (with my lack of positive credit), and then helped me understand my responsibilities and privileges and options, now that they (my options) were not just theoretical. He earned the trust of myself and my guest with his compassion and practical wisdom. As a side note, I am loving my new-to-me car! I am so delighted at my experience & my decision!! I've heard Miller's ads about salespeople who don't work for commission (on Spirit 92.9) and that is initially why I looked at their website after my car was totaled. I was in a bind & didn't want extra stress. After, I thought I'd compare cars & prices with other dealerships in town. Miller's website was the MOST user friendly. Hands down! Also: I messaged (live chat) with a Ruth to make my appointment. She had Mary actually call me. And yesterday, Mary e-mailed me to follow up. I really felt like Miller cared about their customers with to find & train & RETAIN people who genuinely care about people more than a paycheck. I am so grateful! So blessed!!
