Good, solid people to do business with. One reason that I decided to purchase my next car from Miller was purely because how Nina treated me. As any car shoppers would I have inquired several places to compare prices and incentives being offered. There are many places that would constantly call or text me when I have expressly said, "I would get back in touch with you on Thursday." I got texts the very next morning from some sales person made me question their manners. Nina was different. She waited and instead of asking me if I am going to buy the car or not, she asked me what I need to make the sales happen when I expressed my concerns. Yes, it is her job to sell me a car. But she made me feel like she listened to me. She listened and thoughtfully responded and helped me in every possible way to purchase the vehicle that I wanted. I am confident that this dealership treats everyone with respect. In today's world of internet where you could virtually find every single details of anything before you actually buy, everyone can compete on price. But not everyone can compete on being good, solid people to do business with.
