I was a little cautious at the beginning, as I was purchasing a vehicle, sight unseen, over the phone Justin Stedham was fantastic to work with. I was a little cautious at the beginning, as I was purchasing a vehicle, sight unseen, over the phone, from 400 miles away. I saw this Yukon on the Internet. It was a 2018 model with 3,000 miles on it. I was very impressed at the start with the way this vehicle was advertised-- very nice pictures in the ad etc. The reviews on this dealership were very good. When I called in, I did not know anyone at this dealership. I asked for a salesman, and I was connected to Justin Stedham. Justin answered all of my questions, and was very courteous and knowledgeable. He did answer all of my questions, and was very easy to deal with. I did call in several times and Justin was very patient, and I ended up making the purchase over the phone. I flew in to pick up my new Yukon. The dealership was very impressive. It was very clean and all of the people that I encountered were very pleasant and friendly. Justin was there to meet me. The Yukon was exactly as Justin had described it over the phone. He did a very good job explaining how everything worked. I decided to have the paint sealed and the interior protected. I wanted to drive home that day, (400 miles), so Justin made sure that this was done right away. An hour later the Yukon was ready to go. Justin introduced me to Adam Maciej, the finance manager to take care of the paperwork. Adam also was very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He did an excellent job explaining everything. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from this dealership. Excellent experience. More
