My husband and I were also impressed with Jon’s customer service focus - he even helped us sync our mobile devices when he demonstrated the vehicles capabilities. Was alright I can’t give a bad rating but I wasn’t to happy with not getting an explanation form a technician as to why my service took a little over 2.5 hours. I’m glad they looked into some of my added problem, but the person they directed me to wasn’t the person who new about my car. He was great to talk to but he was just blindly reading my print out. He gave me a great recommendation for my next service, but I’m kind of worried. No one called me to tell me my car was done, I had to check in. And when I was done I asked if my car got washed the service clerk said yes but when I went out there it was not. All in all ok but I wish someone who new about the services being done to my car could have talked to me and answered my concerning questions when I first dropped it off. And that my car would have gotten washed. More
