Above and Beyond Back at Miller Auto again today...went for an oil change and found out that my tires were getting to the place of replacement. Drove into the dealership and was immediately greeted by Andy Binsfeld- He went over again what they would be doing and asked me if I had any questions. When I went to pick it up- Andy told me that he personally tested my car for Tire Balance, knowing that it's a big concern for me- He also told me that If it's not to my satisfaction, they would re-balance them again- That's Personal Service!!! Great Job (again) Andy- and thanks for choosing the "right" tires that work best for my vehicle! What a difference it made when I drove home in the rain that day. More
