Would not recommend! My husband brought our newly purchased used Fusion in for a check on service lights that had gone on right after purchase. My husband talked to our sa My husband brought our newly purchased used Fusion in for a check on service lights that had gone on right after purchase. My husband talked to our salesperson, Ray, who then talked to the service department. He brought the car in at the scheduled time, and waited 3 hours for the car to be finished. He was given no information on the status of the car for two hours. Finally the manager came out after he had waited for two hours to give him an update. When the car was finished, my husband was charged $90.00, although he had been told that there would be no charge. After my husband explained this, he was not charged for the service. More
