The overall atmosphere is very pleasant and I think everyone is trying very hard make your service experience positive in all respects. The process might have been improved if the Service Advisor(s) had noted on the repair order that this was the second time in for the same issue in order to prompt the Tech. to check what was previously done ie: "See prior Repair Order". I mentioned this twice and it was never put on the RO. End result was after redoing what was previously done, in Feb. didn't help, the Tech checked the repair history got up to speed, and fixed the problem. Took longer than it should have (2 days) and a extra trip to the dealership for me, 45 miles one way! Tire pressure was set incorrectly during maintenance inspection. The cold tire pressure for a '17 Buick Lacrosse, with 18" tires, is 32 psi per the door plaque, not 36 psi. I'm very fussy about tires and was pressures were all correct when I brought the car in. Easily fixed. More
