He answered all my questions and went out of his way to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for and Jake was super helpful in pointing out all the “bells and whistles” and how to use!!! Great people......and... not pushy! Their finance department, Adam also does a great job in explaining everything to you. I will go back to them for any of my new car needs! More

In that one year I have had many trials and tribulations using services other than Miller. Each time I turned to Miller for help. I have never been disappointed. I will not take my vehicle anywhere else, ever again. Dave, Katie and Dusty in the service department are so kind and patient and always informative. Keeping me educated on what is needed and not needed for my vehicle. Jane in the cashier department is a hoot! I love the way she salts the popcorn just right. I have nothing but positive things to say about Miller Auto Plaza in St Cloud. Thank you for everything. Especially for being so supportive. More
I had high hopes with the purchase of my Lincoln, updated I purchased my Lincoln on Thursday and it took till Saturday to clean and service for me. They wanted extra time to do a really good job. The outs I purchased my Lincoln on Thursday and it took till Saturday to clean and service for me. They wanted extra time to do a really good job. The outside is nice and clean but the inside.. It really looks like they forgot several areas and I'm disappointed they missed very noticeable ones. The gear selector had gunk embedded in groves, the cup holders still have dirt in them, under the rubber of the cup holder is some slimy sticky substance. Also just some other areas I would have thought a detailing department would never miss. I also looked under the hood, was it serviced? Coolant is low, power steering fluid right on the low line, and I don't see any break fluid in the reservoir at all. And I get to do an oil change in 2 months? No default door code given and didn't take the Miller license covers off so plates are covered. The Lincoln itself is running great, so far mechanically everything looks good. I did stop in and left a message for the sales rep that made the sale. I'm still waiting his reply. If they make good I'll come back and give a better rating. But at this point my first impression of the detailing and service departments is not good. On the other hand my dealing with Harley was great. I'll see if he reply's after the sales. every sales, finance, and even greater at the door that I talked with were excellent. I'll see if this is standard practice or I just got lucky and didn't get the full service they talk about. Now I wish I could tell you about a different dealer I also purchased a car from this week.. Excellent all the way around. **** Update **** I'm impressed, Harley called at 8:30am Monday to make things right. Let's see how the service department does. More to come. I really am an easy customer, I just want it done right. Customer services is key these days. **** Update **** I have now had the Lincoln for a week and it's running great. I am happy to say Harley follow thru and got it done. Harley is the only reason for this higher rating. They went back and finished the cleaning of the inside. The sticky liquid in the cup holder is now gone. The service department added break fluid. I now know from the service department they you only fill the fluid levels to the lowest level? You don't fill to the full mark? ok, Now the next time I go in for service and I get the speech that the power steering is a closed system and your fluid level should never go off the full mark... I don't really believe that but that's what I was told. I'll fill them to the level I want. The idle is now good, it feels like the engine is off engine stopping at a light. just like it should. Now what the problem was is the oil was over full from the last oil change. Funny how they over fill that but under fill all the other fluids. And Mill did the last oil change. Anyway, they made it right and gave it another oil change. With all the trouble of taking it back to get things done again you ask why the high rating.. I give then that because all the staff are great to work with. You point out a problem and they will take care of it. So the bottom line is I got a great running Lincoln at a fair price. But you do have to check the service departments work. The only thing is if I take it in for any service that I can't check can I really trust them to do it right the first time. If/when I do, I'll let you all know. More

Reasonable Prices and Wonderful Staff I didn't realize the amount of maintenance my Crossover needed. I made the appointment for an oil change and a vibration in my front driver's side whe I didn't realize the amount of maintenance my Crossover needed. I made the appointment for an oil change and a vibration in my front driver's side wheel. They let me know that I needed a new tie rod and tires along with a few minor other things. I knew the tires were getting bad and so was the tie rod, just not as bad as it was. It was actually dangerous to drive. I had all the work done, I feel at a very fair price and now it drives and rides so smoothly that it's like getting a new car! Very happy and will go back definitely. Highly recommend! More
