It was pleasant, and effortless. I found the car (CTS) on line, and came and looked right away. I always wanted a CTS, so this was the only car I looked at. Jordan an intern from St I found the car (CTS) on line, and came and looked right away. I always wanted a CTS, so this was the only car I looked at. Jordan an intern from St. Cloud University met us right away, and was so helpful, and willing to make this experience pleasant. Not only did Jordan take a for a ride in the CTS, he answered questions and educated us on the dealership, and how much care goes into buying and selling cars. Jordan was there every step of the way, through negotiating with Mike (who was also very good), and talking about the service Center and walking me over to show me where to go. When I was ready to take the car, I had 3 associates wishing me well on my new car as I drove away. It was a good feeling.
