Above and Beyond! As a single mom, I needed all the help I could get when I decided I needed a new vehicle! I had an appt with Jake Fratzke who even before my appt showed me some options of the vehicle I was looking for. He was very quick to respond and answered all of my questions. After not being in love with that vehicle at my appt, Jake didn’t give up on me! Because he listened to me and my picky checklist that we discussed prior to my appt- he pulled up in a 2018 Nissan Murano, which I purchased and am absolutely in love with! Jake, along with every single person I dealt with through the buying process, was extremey knowledgeable and professional. Even after my purchase Jake followed up with me days later to make sure I was still happy with my decision! I am extremely confident in marking Miller Auto my preferred dealership. Weeks later, I am still driving down the road with a smile on my face!!
