Living out of town, in St Paul, I was made aware of this Infiniti via the CoPilot app. Because of the great condition from the pictures and the very competitive price, I reached out online. Jared responde Infiniti via the CoPilot app. Because of the great condition from the pictures and the very competitive price, I reached out online. Jared responded in a timely fashion and answered questions I had about the car. Being an hour and a half away, I asked if he could send more pictures of the vehicle focusing on the interior and trunk. Jared was very accommodating and sent me what I asked for within a couple hours, and he included a video that highlighted the positives of the car and the one noted problem with the steering wheel adjuster. I really appreciated this as it level-set my expectation and allowed me to do some further research on the issue and the cost to repair in the future. I was able to reach out to an Infiniti dealer to get an estimate on that repair, which I shared with Jared. After talking with him about it he talked to his manager on reducing the price a bit due to the issue. That reduction convinced me to schedule an appointment to drive up and take a test drive. Since I wouldn’t be able to make it up for a few days, Jared kept me informed on the vehicle and that it was still available. When I arrived for the test drive, Jared was very welcoming and helpful. He was not pushy and did not pressure me at all. After the test drive and some further discussion on price which was very straightforward, we agreed on the price. I then ran next door to the bank to get a cashiers check, and when I got back Jared was apologetic that the car and the finance person was still helping another customer. He was very hospitable during the wait and continued to check in, which made me feel valued and not lost in the shuffle. Once the finance person was ready, it was less than 5 minutes to sign the papers and hand over the check. By that time the car was ready, and Jared gave me his card and invited me to contact him any time with questions or concerns. Everything about the process was smooth and a good experience, and most of that is because of Jared. When I’m in the market to purchase another car, I would not hesitate to drive the hour and a half and do business with you again. Thank You!!! More
