They allowed me all the time I needed to make the decision to buy with absolutely no pressure. Scott stepped in when Ben wasn't available and both offered the same quality of service I needed to make a decision. Both offered to deliver the car to my home because my husband was out of town and I had no other driver. When Ben delivered the car, he carefully went through all the features on the navigation system and controls and taught (not just showed) me how to locate an used everything. Both offered to assist me anytime after my purchase with any questions I may have. I really can not say that I have ever received better service anywhere.
