AWESOME I'm not sure where to begin. It was fun, start to finish, and I left with a new "Super Black" 2015 Altima. I don't think anyone ever gets the best o I'm not sure where to begin. It was fun, start to finish, and I left with a new "Super Black" 2015 Altima. I don't think anyone ever gets the best of an auto dealer but we did "negotiate" for quite a while and we were happy with the purchase price when we left. Hugo met me when I walked in. I had e mailed with him a little. Nice smile, really nice guy. Not only was he a nice guy while trying to sell me a car, he has also been a nice guy since. He listened to what I wanted and led me to the one I fell in love with immediately. A person isn't supposed to let any salesman know they're hooked but I couldn't help it. Not hooked enough to go for a bad deal, but willing to let the fun begin. I told him my husband was in our car out front and to please go get him which he did. After all papers were signed I was given a choice of "gifts" and chose rubber place mats to cover the carpet ones. Very good to have at this time of year in MN. Hugo helped transfer my things from my trade in to my new vehicle and I forgot to take the mats. I live 60 miles from that dealership so didn't get over there to get them until yesterday. 2 weeks after the purchase. Hugo put them in the car for me, and I asked if he could put on my new plates and run it through their car wash. He said sure...... and did both. Then I asked him to show me a few things about settings and he willingly did. What more could a person ask? :-) And Miller will fatten you up if you let them. Popcorn, ice cream, soft drinks, coffee and really good warm cookies. Jamie Nelson in financing took care of that part and was friendly. Of course. :-) All in all a happy experience. I hope to have good luck with the car. So far two strangers complimented the car. Told me it's a beautiful car. Nice of them and I already know that. Let Hugo help you find your perfect vehicle! More

It was really nice shopping in a warm clean showroom with hot coffee and cookies when it was around zero above outside. We love our new Murano-- definitely exceeds our expectations. Decent pricing, great condition. I couldn't be happier. I recommend Miller because not only do they have great deals, but the staff were amazing people. Easy and comfortable to be around, and understanding. I was nervous for my first time buying a car. And they made it simple. Even the financing part of it, I was worried it was going to take hours. But it took about half an hour at most. It was a breeze. More

Wonderful Experience-Great Customer Service I really had a great experience purchasing my first car. The staff was incredibly friendly and patient with helping me to make my decision. I reall I really had a great experience purchasing my first car. The staff was incredibly friendly and patient with helping me to make my decision. I really appreciated that the customer service rep. (Gina) took the time to listen to what I was thinking and found several different cars within my price range that she thought that I might like. It was comforting to know that the staff didn't feel the need to pressure customers into buying more expensive cars or go to the higher end of their budget because they don't make commission off of sales. I never felt any pressure from any of the staff and never once felt that they were impatient to make a sale even though I was there for almost the entire day trying to decide. Not only was Gina great, but I also talked with Allen and Joe who were both awesome as well. They made sure that I was well informed about the purchase I was making and all of the insurance and payment options available to me. Joe informed me that I would be able to make payments online once I had to start paying off the car even though I do not have an account through the bank I got the car loan from. I just made my first car payment and it was really easy to set up an online account. I got a loan through Fifth Third bank and all I had to do was call the customer service line where I was only on hold for about two minutes before I got to speak with a customer service rep. who asked a couple of questions to get my account information and then told me what my user name and my temporary PIN number was. The entire staff at Miller was very respectful and patient and made sure to answer any questions I had. I walked away with a really great experience and feeling good about the purchase I had made. I would definitely recommend this dealer to everyone I know. Side note: I had brought in this old car that was in almost laughable condition to trade in (I was laughing about it), and Gina and Allen took me very seriously and were very respectful about making an offer for the trade in. They were honest about what they thought it was worth without being rude. I could not have asked for nicer customer service reps. who took their jobs and their customers seriously. More
