I was in a tight binding in my life when my little car was finally starting to come to it's last few miles. It needed so much work, and it just was not worth fixing. I ended up getting a new vehicle at Miller after deciding to check them out for myself with my grandmother. I unfortunately had a bad accident one afternoon after I hit some black ice. My car was completely ruined. My family went to Miller Auto today to look into a possible rental for me. They worked with Jeremy, who I had bought my prior car through. He assisted my family for a 2nd time. My family was so impressed with the service, and kidness that everyone had given them all day long as well as the manager. They went on about how they have never experienced that great of customer service before. Everyone went above and beyond for my family. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. From finding exactly what we want in our vehicle, to making sure we have all the contact information we need for assistance after the purchase, I really couldn't ask for any better service. I have one sister that decided to purchase her vehicle from another dealership in town and she regretted it. From the time she walked in the door, they pretty much treated her like a sale and not a person. They just showed her one or two vehicles she was qualified for (instead of giving her a price range and letting her walk around the lot)... you could tell they were trying to get rid of specific cars. She will definitely be coming to Miller for her next vehicle. It also opened our eyes that not all dealerships are the same and Miller truly stands out. More

"Exceptional Service!" I've been looking for a different vehicle for a while. I really like the 2016 Nissan Maxima, and also had my eye on a few pickups. After talking with I've been looking for a different vehicle for a while. I really like the 2016 Nissan Maxima, and also had my eye on a few pickups. After talking with Hugo about both vehicles, and trying them out, I decided I wanted a pickup. I told him what I was looking for, and when I came home for Thanksgiving he said he had one in particular he wanted me to look at. We came in on Wednesday at 5 pm and took it for a ride and checked it out. I asked Hugo how quick he could do the paperwork and if he could have it ready to leave the next morning by 10 am. This included the full inspection, 2 new tires, changing an unexpected front seal, detailing,and windshield wipers. Hugo and his team did a great job getting the truck ready for me to leave for work on Thursday. I love my truck! More
