Great indoor show room! It was a cold December night, so I was not looking forward to looking at used cars. But Tim Loso had the car, I was interested in, moved into the gia It was a cold December night, so I was not looking forward to looking at used cars. But Tim Loso had the car, I was interested in, moved into the giant indoor show room. This made it much easer to inspect the car, look under the hood, check out the fold down back seats, sit in the car and check out all of the options. The Impala was clean, in good condition, comfortable, and has a nice smooth ride. The show room had many different cars including Mustangs and Camaros. There were even fishing boats and pontoon boats to look at. There is also a play area for the kids, popcorn, soda, and coffee. The service was quick and efficient. My wife loves her "new" Impala!! More

When we got to the lot after a few emails with Tim, he had the car (almost) ready for us. The Murano is great. Tim made sure we had all the info we needed, understood the parameters, and was very friendly and helpful. However, the wait. Holy moly, the wait! We waited for nearly two hours start to finish. Waiting for finance took for what seemed like forever - at least over an hour. If I didn't like the car so much, I would have walked out. This must change! More

They take pride in making each vehicle look & run like a brand new vehicle even if it's used. More
Great customer service and experience!! I had helped a friend look for a car and recommended going to Miller. While going through the final paperwork for that purchase I asked Hugo if they c I had helped a friend look for a car and recommended going to Miller. While going through the final paperwork for that purchase I asked Hugo if they could work with a trade that had a salvage title due to extensive hail damage resulting in the vehicle being totaled as well as credit that wasn't the best and he said they could. I sent him my car info and what I was looking for in a vehicle. As in my previous experience working with Hugo, he was great! He got my trade info to me, he sent me pictures and links for a few different cars that would work for me in my desired payment range and got me pre-approved for a loan. All I had to do was pick the make, model, year, and mileage. He also offered to have my new-to-me car delivered to me at my work almost 3 hours away from St. Cloud and the driver would take my current car back to the dealership as the trade. I ended up getting the car I really wanted that has all the options I wanted and then some, I just sent the necessary proofs and info he needed, and my car and financing paperwork were brought right to me. I signed everything and drove home from work in my amazing new car that I hadn't seen or driven until it arrived. It's better and has more options that I was expecting and I couldn't be happier. Hugo is great, he goes above and beyond to help his customers leave happy and with what they want and can afford. I have never had a car salesman care or put some much effort into doing their job so well. I had already been telling people to go see him if they are looking for a car after my first experience in just assisting in the search and eventual purchase, but I intend to continue doing so because he is what every salesperson or anyone in customer service should strive to be and do, making the customers happy and meeting their needs. I only wish I could do something more for him than write this review because I am that impressed with his hard work and dedication. More
TRICKED ONLY PEOPLE WHO WANT TO BE DECEIVED AND TRICKED SHOULD MAKE THE TRIP TO ST. CLOUD TO BUY A CAR FROM MILLER AUTO PLAZA. On or about October 14, 2015, I ONLY PEOPLE WHO WANT TO BE DECEIVED AND TRICKED SHOULD MAKE THE TRIP TO ST. CLOUD TO BUY A CAR FROM MILLER AUTO PLAZA. On or about October 14, 2015, I contacted Miller about my need for a three-row SUV. I informed Miller that I have a one-year old and am concerned about safety and would prefer a vehicle with all wheel drive (AWD). I was expressly informed by Miller that they have a Dodge Journey with three-rows and AWD for "a good price." I told the agent that it is difficult for me to travel from Minneapolis to St. Cloud after work with my one-year old, so I wanted to be certain that the car met my specifications and he assured me it did. After the nearly 70-mile drive, I arrived at Miller around 7 pm. The Journey they had did not have three rows; nevertheless, the agent persisted for an inordinate amount of time in telling me about how the Journey had extra space and could accommodate my needs. He continued to push me to buy the Journey, indicated that it was very safe, had just been serviced and would come with a full tank of gas. Ultimately, I was pressured/deceived into buying the Journey that evening. Finally, after being talked into buying an additional warranty (twice I unequivocally said I did not want a warranty and asked the agent to leave the room because I felt so much pressure), I got the one key (Miller "forgot" that they did not have a second key) and got in the Journey to head home. I immediately noticed that the gas tank was nearly empty and had to knock on the doors (Miller had closed at this point) to get a manager to fill the tank. After a few weeks of driving I noticed that the Journey skidded on slippery or snow-covered surfaces. I then pulled out the contract and realized it was a FWD and not AWD. Additionally, a few weeks later the oil change light went on and I brought it in for an oil change. Apparently, Miller had not fully serviced the Journey. I had to purchase an oil change and learned that the air filter was completely corroded. I tried to do an exchange with Miller for a different vehicle but they completely refused. In fact, they had the audacity to offer to buy back my vehicle for nearly $3,000 less than I paid only a few weeks earlier. I tried to reason with them, but they kept calling me a liar and refused to negotiate. I would never recommend them to anyone. More
Great, Profesional, Personal. Adam Maciej was great. He went out of his way to get us information about the Outback we purchased. For the small amount of money we spent. My experience was phenomenal. I decided it was time to get a new car after some developments and driving cars at dealers all over Wisconsin and Minnesota she recommended Miller Auto Plaza after telling her what I was looking for not finding it elsewhere. Hugo Dela Rosa was our salesman and he was great. He worked with our 24 deadline and budget. He never gave up, kept suggesting different cars and options, and the very end of it all, I walked out with the exact car I was looking for and then some. I will never buy another from anyone else as long as Hugo is around and I have been recommending him and spreading the good word about him and Miller to everyone I speak with.
