Spectacular Customer Service My Husband and I recently bough a new Nissan NVP from Miller Auto. We had been having difficulty at other dealerships finding and financing just what My Husband and I recently bough a new Nissan NVP from Miller Auto. We had been having difficulty at other dealerships finding and financing just what we wanted in our new family vehicle. Once our new baby arrived in November, we would outgrow our minivan! I was frustrated and ready to give up on the vehicle buying/trading process until I talked to Adam Maciej from Miller. He was determined to get us into the vehicle we needed, and set us up with Rick Wildtraut from finance. Together, they were able to seamlessly get the financing where we needed it to be and set up our trade in. Did I mention we are from out of state and they did everything over the phone and computer?! I was totally blown away by how helpful these guys were, and how easy the process really was. We made the 3 1/2 hour drive to the Miller dealership just 3 days later to pick up our new NVP! Once again we were met with great customer service. The Miller Auto and Marine dealership showroom was stunning. We had out 2 youngest children along and they actually had playgrounds and bouncy houses there for the kids to enjoy-no kidding! They were ready for us and sensitive to the fact that we had children along, and a long drive home. We were in and out faster than I could have hoped for, and driving home in our new NVP before we knew it! Thank You, Adam, Rick and everyone at Miller Auto!
