I then decided to call Miller Auto in St. Cloud, since we go to St. Cloud to go to lake. Immediately, we received a reply. We found Miller to be very friendly, but we decided to stop there and we met Adam Maciej. He was so friendly and outgoing and he was genuine, not like the many other salesman that we met at other dealerships. After finding a couple of vehicles we were interested in, we called Adam and he went out of his way to find us the vehicle, color and accessories that we wanted. In the test drive, both my wife and I were so impressed with Adam that we wanted to purchase a vehicle from him, because we trusted him. We have recommended Miller and Adam to our friends and family. Adam was very pleasant, and quite accommodating to my, at the time, very hectic schedule. Adam didn't keep trying to get me into a deal that would benefit him, nor did he try to pressure me into a deal I didn't want. Rather, he and Mike, from finance, worked to fit my circumstance into the right vehicle for me. Up until now I had little faith in dealerships and for that reason had all the work done on the car, before it went out on the floor, checked out....everything checked. I worked with five different St Cloud dealerships/salesman in order to narrow down our search. Adam Maciej was by far the most knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely pleasant of all the salesman that we worked with during this process. Adam was exceptionally knowledgeable about the Nissan Altima and all the different options and packages available and how they compared with the competing brands of cars we were considering. Although we felt the "loaded" Altima was the best choice of car for us among the brands we were considering, in the end the "extremely positive experience" with Adam and the "respectful and fair negotiation experience" with Adam and his sales manager were the reasons we decided to purchase the Nissan car from Miller and not to bother shopping other Nissan dealerships in central Minnesota. It is the first time in twenty years that we have bought a car locally which should tell you that we were treated right by Adam and Miller Auto! More

Problem Child I will never by a car from any other dealership than Miller of St. Cloud!!! From the first point of contact with Tim Jensen to the last with Mary Sc I will never by a car from any other dealership than Miller of St. Cloud!!! From the first point of contact with Tim Jensen to the last with Mary Schmid. Tim Jensen and Steve Wright stayed well into the night to put a deal together & when it was getting too late and the banks weren't open for a response on financing they let me take the Rogue home anyway. It's a good thing too because the cloth seats in the SV model didn't "fit the bill". Mary was then assigned to my "case" since Tim was not there. She was EXCEPTIONAL!! She helped me find the right model that fit my back like a glove. There are very few times in life that you run across perfect strangers that change your life much less all in the same building. I can't say enough about Miller & everyone that I came in contact with; they are all truly wonderful people. Thanks again for the friendship Mary, I will never forget your encouraging words. Wonderful to work with I had been searching for a couple months for a good used SUV for a decent price. I was looking through the Miller used cars when I found a 2003 Mercury Mountaineer. It had numerous features I would enjoy and was within my price range. I contacted the dealership via email and received a good response and setup a time to look at the vehicle. I was able to arrive a day early for my test drive but that didn't matter. I first worked with Bryan. It looked to me like he was on his way out the door when he stopped and asked me if he could help me. I explained about the Mountaineer and he was more than happy to get the keys and take her for a spin with me. When we returned he found Jeremy who I had emailed and I worked with Jeremy for the rest of the deal. Very professional service and very nice to work with. Jeremy was very honest about the vehicle, told me all he could tell me about it. I put money down to finish the deal and was able to wrap it all up in about an hour. Fantastic! And my kids loved the lobby area because they had free pop and ice cream, who wouldn't love that! It was a pleasure to buy here and I will return again to purchase in the future. More
