Outstanding customer service!!!!! We have purchased multiple vehicles throughout the years and Scott Kerfeld has always been our "car guy." This purchase was unique because we did not We have purchased multiple vehicles throughout the years and Scott Kerfeld has always been our "car guy." This purchase was unique because we did not know what we wanted for a vehicle. We knew what we wanted it to do, but did not have a clue what vehicle would fit the bill. Scott was VERY patient as we drove several vehicles over the course of a couple of weeks. He even let us take a vehicle home to hook on our boat to see how it would pull it. Fortunately, that vehicle did not work the best for us, even though we thought that was the one for us. When we got back to the dealership, we told Scott that we were back to the drawing board. Most sales people would have had a look of "oh crap, when are these people going to make up their mind." However, Scott just smiled and started asking questions to find out what we did not like and what we liked about the vehicle so that he could steer us in the right direction. His next suggestion was absolutely perfect for what my wife and I were looking for in a vehicle. It was quite a bit more than we wanted to spend but NEVER ONCE did Scott try to "sell" us on the vehicle. We made up our own mind that it was a vehicle that had all the things we were looking for and it "fit the bill." The buying experience with Scott was terrific. He was responsive on every phone call, text, and personal visit. He was patient and spent the time to find us the right vehicle and not "sell" us on something that was not right for us. I would highly recommend Scott Kerfeld if you are looking for an honest and sincere sales person. More
