After reviewing the car online and comparing with several others, we were initially drawn in because of the car. But we were delighted with the customer service we received and the dealership itself. The used car show room was a great treat to get out of the rain and let us linger and look around. Scott our salesperson greeted us right away and spent time going over the features. He felt like an old friend from the beginning. Joe handled our paperwork, which was quick, well explained and also a nice comfortable experience. We were treated to gifts from the display case. A sales manager greeted us and thanked us. Our gas tank was full, the oil was changed, the car was clean and off we went. Great overall experience that I asked for a survey so I could tell someone. We will definitely recommend and return to Miller Auto in the future. More
