When I entered Miller Auto Plaza, I was greeted by Dani's friendly face. I explained the type of vehicle I was looking for and the features I wanted in the vehicle. He was quick to bring the Nissan out of the artic air into the warmth of the indoors. He explained some of the features of the vehicle and the rebates and incentives that were available. When questioning about accessories, he gave me quotes and also informed me of the financing they could offer. I got to experience Miller’s 5 STAR Experience from our Salesperson, Adrian Schoumaker. His knowledge and patients is awesome. Tundra cold would be the best description of they day we chose to shop for a new vehical. Nick McDonald stepped up to assist which is a great demonstration of the teamwork mentality of Miller Auto. The knowledge demonstrated by both of these professionals and the quick nature of Scott's financing package made for a great experiance. In the matter of 3.5 hours we had test drove several automobiles and drove away with an 2014 Nissan Murano. Had to order a large van for my family. This was the closest dealership to my location, so I handled everything over the telephone. Tom was very accommodating and found me the van I was looking for. It was great to shop in the warm show room on a day when it was -6 outside! Perfect shopping. The only negative take-away, and unfortunately it was the last thing to happen so it's what sticks in my mind, is that the car had an empty gas tank and instead of driving away with a full tank after spending over $20,000 I got not quite half a tank. I actually left more gas in my trade-in vehicle than I got in my new car. It's a tiny detail, but it was the last step in purchasing my car. The last thing to happen before I drove off the lot, and now it's the 1 negative thing I tell people. "I had a great experience, but..." Just the principal of the thing really. More
