My experience with Miller Auto was absolutely wonderful! I came in looking for a fairly new, but used car. I had a few vehicles in mind, but Mitch listened to what I was looking for and gave me a few other I came in looking for a fairly new, but used car. Mitch ended up showing me the Nissan Rogue, and I immediately knew it was the right vehicle. All of the staff members were very friendly and accommodating while helping get the vehicle out of the indoor showroom for me to test drive. Mitch was always willing to answer any of my questions (no matter how small) to make sure I felt comfortable in the vehicle and with my purchase. When I came in to purchase the car, Miller filled up my gas tank and washed my car so it looked brand new again. While buying the vehicle, Joe was incredibly helpful and willing to answer any questions I had about the process. We feel comfortable shopping at Miller and have always been treated with dignity, respect, and friendliness whether we were getting a new car or one that was older and was what we could afford with the cash we had in our bank account. They have always had great prices on the vehicles and willing to help us find just what we needed, not what would make them the most money. This most recent time shopping here we worked with Matt Luing and although he was fairly new to the dealership he has shown that he has the same honesty and values of the people we have previously worked with. We then proceeded to take a test drive that was long enough to get a feel for the car on side roads as well as the freeway. Although I have not been shopping for a vehicle for over ten years, the cost of a ten year old vehicle took me by surprise. I am sure that cash for clunkers had something to do with it. All in all the price was a fair one considering other vehicles that I had looked at before I went to Miller Auto Plaza. Nick McDonald is an outstanding sales person. My wife and I were interested in possibly purchasing a 2013 Nissan Murano and we stopped by Miller Auto Plaza to check them out. At first he seemed to be a very personable young man eager to help us but not being pushey. He was very familiar with the Nissan that we were looking for and showed us it's many features. We left the dealership with a very good fealing about the Nissan. We took our time deciding about the purchase and as it turned out, the 2013 model was no longer available. This did not stop Nick. Once he new what we were looking for he called us and said that a 2014 model had just come in and that it was probably just what we were looking for. Two days later we returned to the dealership and sure enough the 2014 Nissan Murano was exactly what we were looking for. Nick took care of all the details necessary for the purchase and made the experience a pleasure instead of a hassle. The car was delivered in perfect condition and when promised. We are very pleased.
