The service we received from Scott Kerfeld was awesome! Scott isn't pushy. He's still a salesman - don't get me wrong - but you don't feel slimy afterwards! Lol! Corin is a little more salesmannish - but he rocks all the same ;) He put up with all our mental/verbal angst/anguish over making the leap from being debt free to taking out a car loan. And then reassured us that we were "normal" (no one has ever accused us of that before!). I'm really glad that Miller worked on the deal until they got it to a point where WE could see it as doable. BECAUSE I LOVE MY CAR!!!!! I bought an hhr and it is so perfect for me. We had visited Miller a few months ago on a "spur of the moment" - looking for a pickup truck (we usually do private sale vehicles). We were approached by a salesman named Allen Theisen - we gave him an idea of what we were looking for - a bargain basement truck - one with damage even. Now even though we had a low budget, and were dressed super scruffy - Allen gave us his full attention - looked to see if there was anything close to what we were looking for in the inventory. We felt like we were treated with respect, even though we didn't look like we were a sale coming through the door. The treatment we received from Allen, the recommendations from friends, and the reviews of the dealership online are what brought us into Miller. The service we received during/after our purchase - is what will keep us Miller customers. More
